This tutorial will explain how to Enable and access God Mode in Windows 7 / Vista. God Mode is simply an integrated control panel which lets you access all the administrative controls from a single window.
To access it you just need to create a new folder and rename it with the following string.
PatGodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
You can name it anything you want, just replace PatGodMode with your name.
The icon of the folder should change to that of the Control Panel. Just open it and you should be able to access all the OS controls at one place.
PS: This feature was there in Windows Vista all along.
