Well, this is a Black Hat SEO technique so I would not recommend that you use it. Instead I am telling you about it, so that you don’t accidentally use it and get punished by Google.
What is PR (PageRank) ?
In simple terms, PageRank is a number that Google assigns to your website and ranks them according to the number of incoming links. A backlink from a very famous site (having high PR) counts more than a backlink from some obscure site (like this one). The PageRank algorithm by Google factors in all the incoming and outgoing links with their weightage and calculates a PageRank for your site. A site with PR 10 is generally the most famous and has a large number of incoming links from important sites. Currently only Google and the US Govt site have a PR 10. Most of the websites lie in the region of PR 1-3.
You can read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PageRank
Why should you want a higher PR?
Having a higher PageRank means greater visibility in search engine results (SERP) as your website is ranked above many others in the query results, assuming similar conditions. Your content is also favored and indexed faster than other sites. This can drive a lot of traffic to your site, get you more backlinks and further increase your PR. Also advertisers pay you more when if you have a higher PR.
How to get a PR 8/9/10?
301 Redirect
You can get yourself a fake PR by using a 301 redirect and cloaking. Just redirect your domain using a 301 redirect to some famous PR 8/9/10 page eg: Google.com, Yahoo.com, Microsoft.com, Adobe.com. When Google spiders crawl on your site and index the pages, they will assign your domain the PageRank of the landing site – the site to which the domain has been redirected as it thinks that both are the same sites. As Google now assigns PR updates every three months, you can get yourself a PR 8/9/10 in that period.
Cloaking
By using just a 301 redirect method, you just get your domain a high PR, but not the traffic that you want. To counter this, some webmasters use a technique called cloaking. By cloaking your site, whenever a search engine bot or spider visits your site, it is redirected to the site with a higher PR but when human visitors visit your site, they are shown the actual content.
Why you should not use this method?
Google doesn’t like cloaking or this PR faking method and if it detects this by any chance, you will be permanently banned from indexing and will lose all rankings. Considering that Google has a 65% market share in the search engine market, it wouldn’t be very nice to displease Google and risk missing valid traffic.
How to detect a fake PR?
There is a very simple way to detect a Fake PR domain. Just search for info:sitedomain.com in Google. If the results are not the original domain or there aren’t any results, then you know that the domain has a faked PR.
Note: I am strictly against using the method. It was posted just to let you know the ways in which PR can be faked and how you can detect it.

I have really learned result-oriented things through your blog post. One other thing to I have discovered is that in many instances, FSBO sellers can reject people. Remember, they might prefer not to ever use your expert services. But if an individual maintain a stable, professional relationship, offering help and being in contact for about four to five weeks, you will usually be capable to win a discussion. From there, a listing follows. Thanks a lot
